Calmstatic ("we", "us", "our") sells digital, downloadable planning systems for adults with ADHD. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
All Calmstatic products are digital files (PDFs) delivered electronically. They are not physical goods. They are intended for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser.
When you buy a Calmstatic system, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, print, and use the file for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, post publicly, or include the file in any product you create. The copyright in the files remains with Calmstatic.
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Files are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to download the file within a reasonable time.
Because all our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. See the full return policy for the details.
Calmstatic products are organisational tools, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. If you are struggling, please talk to one.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmstatic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
