What we collect

When you buy a Calmstatic product, our payment processor (Shopify) collects the information needed to complete your order: your name, email address, billing details, and payment method. Calmstatic does not see or store your full payment card number.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and uptime purposes.

Why we collect it

• To process your order and deliver your file.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To resend a download link if something goes wrong.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't add you to a marketing list without your consent.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers across the site.
• We don't share your information except with the processors needed to fulfil your order (Shopify for checkout, our hosting provider).

Cookies

We use the small number of cookies required to make the cart and checkout work. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we're not required by law to keep it, e.g. for tax records). Email hello@calmstatic.co and we'll reply within 30 days.

Children

Calmstatic is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date below. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
