Why digital sales are final

Every Calmstatic product is a digital download. Once your payment is confirmed, the file is delivered immediately — there's no warehouse to ship from and no package to recall. Because of that, we aren't able to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on digital purchases.

This includes changing your mind after purchase, accidental or duplicate orders, or deciding the system isn't the right fit after you've already downloaded it. We know that's not always the answer people hope for, and we're sorry for that.

We'd rather help you choose the right thing than have you buy the wrong one. Each product page describes what's inside, how many pages it includes, and who it's best for. If you're still uncertain, email us at hello@calmstatic.com — we'll answer honestly, usually within a day.

If something goes wrong with your file

Technology is imperfect. If your download link fails, the file arrives corrupted, or you somehow received the wrong product, reach out within 14 days at hello@calmstatic.com. We'll resend the correct file or troubleshoot until it works. No blame, no forms — just a human on the other end making sure you get what you paid for.

About payment disputes

Filing a chargeback on a successfully delivered digital product creates unnecessary friction for everyone. If there's an issue, we genuinely want to hear from you first. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery, and repeated disputes may result in declined future orders.
