Return policy
Calmstatic sells digital, downloadable PDFs. Once a file has been delivered, we cannot "take it back." For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Every Calmstatic product is a digital download (PDF). By completing checkout, you acknowledge that the item is delivered immediately upon payment and that you waive any right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you.
We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges for digital files — including, but not limited to: changing your mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, deciding the system isn't for you after using it, or no longer wanting the file.
Each product page describes what's inside the system, the page count, and who it's for. If you're unsure whether a system is right for you, please email us at hello@calmstatic.co before purchasing — we'd rather answer your question than have you buy something that doesn't fit.
If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@calmstatic.co and we'll resend the correct file. Technical issues are not refunds — we'll just make sure you receive what you paid for.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a successfully delivered digital product constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with proof of delivery and to refuse future orders from the account.
